Therapeutic Services Terms and Conditions
- General Provisions
1.1. These terms and conditions define the rules for providing therapeutic services by Edyta Padyasek, a certified hypnotherapist, Emotion Code practitioner, and mindfulness coach.
1.2. Services are provided in the form of individual sessions, conducted both in person and remotely (online), in the areas of hypnotherapy, Emotion Code therapy, and mindfulness coaching.
- Scope of Services
2.1. Hypnotherapy – Hypnotherapy sessions aim to support the client in changing thought patterns, reducing stress, increasing self-confidence, and personal growth.
2.2. Emotion Code Therapy – A method that supports the removal of emotional blocks and traumas that may affect the client’s mental and physical health.
2.3. Mindfulness Coaching – Sessions aimed at teaching mindfulness techniques that support emotional balance, stress reduction, and improving quality of life.
- Participation Rules
3.1. Therapeutic sessions are voluntary, and the client may cancel participation at any time without providing reasons.
3.2. The client is required to inform the therapist of any health problems, including any previous psychological, psychiatric, or medical treatments, before the session begins.
3.3. Therapeutic sessions do not replace medical, psychiatric, or psychological therapy. The client is responsible for using the services in accordance with their health condition.
- Limitation of Liability
4.1. The therapist does not guarantee any specific results from the therapeutic sessions. Any changes and progress depend on the client’s commitment to the therapeutic process and their individual traits.
4.2. Decisions regarding subsequent steps after the session are solely the responsibility of the client, and the therapist is not liable for the choices made by the client after the session.
4.3. The therapist is not responsible for the consequences of any decisions made by the client based on information or suggestions provided during the session.
4.4. The client acknowledges that each form of therapy, including hypnosis, may produce varying results and may not always lead to the changes expected by the client. Any benefits or negative emotional, mental, or physical effects after the session are the client’s responsibility.
4.5. The therapist is not liable for any emotional, psychological, physical, financial, or other damages that may arise from participating in the therapeutic sessions.
4.6. The client accepts that each therapy, including hypnotherapy, is a subjective experience and may lead to various results, including those that do not meet the client’s expectations. The therapist is not responsible for how the client perceives the therapy or for any emotional or psychological effects that may occur during or after the therapy.
4.7. The client acknowledges that the responsibility for how they interpret, apply, or react to the content shared during the session rests solely with them.
4.8. By purchasing courses and other products available on the website, the client confirms that they understand and accept that the therapist is not responsible for the results achieved through their use. The effectiveness of the course may vary depending on the individual characteristics of the client, and the therapist does not guarantee specific results. The client takes full responsibility for the decision to purchase and participate in the course.
- Cancellation and Refund Policy
5.1. The client may cancel a session no later than 24 hours before the scheduled time by contacting the therapist via email or phone.
5.2. In case of cancellation less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, the client will be charged the full cost of the session.
5.3. If the therapist cancels the session for unforeseen reasons, the client is entitled to reschedule the session without additional charges.
- Consent to Therapy
6.1. The client must accept these terms and conditions before beginning cooperation with the therapist and give consent to undergo therapeutic sessions.
6.2. Contacting the therapist and booking a session is equivalent to accepting these terms and conditions.
6.3. Before the first session, the client is required to sign or electronically accept the consent form for therapy, which includes details about the therapeutic methods and consent for personal data processing in accordance with applicable regulations.
- Personal Data Processing
7.1. Clients’ personal data is processed in accordance with applicable law, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), solely for the purpose of providing therapeutic services.
7.2. The client has the right to access their personal data, correct it, and request its deletion.
- Final Provisions
8.1. These terms and conditions apply from the moment they are published on the therapist’s website and may be updated at any time.
